Privacy Policy

Blueprint Fastpitch  •  Effective May 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Blueprint Fastpitch ("Blueprint Fastpitch," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites, applications, athlete portals, training services, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Most Blueprint Fastpitch athletes are minors. Sections 4 and 6 describe how we handle information from children and the role of parents and guardians in giving consent and managing data.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

We collect information you give us when you use the Services, including:

  • Account information: name, email address, phone number, password, and (for athletes) date of birth, age, grade level, position(s), team(s), and goals.

  • Parent/guardian information: name, contact information, and relationship to the athlete.

  • Booking and program information: sessions purchased, packages, memberships, attendance, and scheduling preferences.

  • Payment information: billing name, billing address, and limited payment details. Full card numbers are collected and stored by our payment processor, not by us.

  • Health and safety information you choose to share, such as prior injuries, medical conditions affecting safe participation, allergies, and emergency contact information.

  • Communications: messages you send us by email, contact form, chat, or text, including support requests and feedback.

  • Survey and feedback responses, testimonials, and consent forms.

1.2 Performance and Training Data

As part of our data-driven training approach, we collect performance data during sessions, evaluations, and ongoing training, which may include exit velocity, pitch velocity and spin rate, bat speed, vertical jump, 10-yard split, body composition measurements, video and motion-capture footage, drill results, training plan progress, and notes from coaches.

1.3 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Services, we (and our service providers) automatically collect certain information, including:

  • Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring/exit pages, and timestamps.

  • Usage data: pages viewed, features used, links clicked, and similar interaction data.

  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 8).

1.4 Information from Other Sources

We may receive information from third parties, such as referrals from coaches or teammates, social media platforms when you interact with our content, and analytics or marketing providers we work with.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Services, including scheduling, lessons, athlete portals, and performance tracking.

  • Develop and deliver personalized training plans and progress reports.

  • Process payments and manage memberships.

  • Communicate with you about your account, bookings, schedule changes, and important Service updates.

  • Send marketing communications, newsletters, and program announcements (you can opt out at any time — see Section 9).

  • Maintain safety, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.

  • Analyze usage to improve our coaching methods, content, and product offerings, including in de-identified, aggregated form.

  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

3. Legal Bases (where applicable)

Where required by applicable law, we rely on the following legal bases to process your information: performance of a contract with you (to provide the Services), our legitimate interests (to operate, secure, and improve our business), your consent (for marketing communications and for processing children's information, where applicable), and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Children's Privacy and COPPA

Blueprint Fastpitch knowingly collects information about athletes under 13 only with verifiable parental consent, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"). When a parent or legal guardian registers a minor under 13 for the Services, the parent or guardian provides consent on the minor's behalf.

Information we may collect about an athlete under 13 includes name, age/birthdate, grade level, position, performance data captured during training, video footage of training, and notes from coaches. We do not condition a child's participation in any activity on the child providing more information than is reasonably necessary.

Parents and legal guardians may, at any time:

  • Review the information we have collected about their child.

  • Request that we delete the child's information.

  • Refuse to allow further collection or use of the child's information.

  • Withdraw any previously granted consent.

To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and relationship to the child before acting on a request.

COPPA is a federal law with specific notice, consent, and operational requirements. Before launch, have a lawyer review (a) how verifiable parental consent is captured at signup, (b) the operator notice posted at the point of collection, and (c) data retention and deletion procedures for child accounts.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as described below:

  • Service providers: payment processors, scheduling and CRM software, email and communication tools, hosting providers, analytics providers, and motion-capture/sensor or video providers, each acting on our behalf and subject to confidentiality obligations.

  • Coaches and staff who need access to deliver training and communicate with you.

  • Other family members on the same account, where applicable (for example, both parents listed on an athlete's profile).

  • Legal and safety: to comply with law, enforce our Terms, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, or in connection with an actual or threatened legal claim.

  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

  • With your consent or at your direction, for example when you ask us to share information with a recruiter, college coach, or club team.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent. Parents and legal guardians may exercise these rights on behalf of their minor children. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will respond consistent with applicable law and may need to verify your identity before acting.

If you are a Nebraska resident, we will provide the rights and protections required by applicable Nebraska and federal law, including notice of data breaches as required by the Nebraska Consumer Data Security Notification Act.

7. Email Marketing

If you sign up for our newsletter or otherwise opt in to marketing communications, we will send you periodic emails about training programs, events, content, and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email or by contacting [email protected]. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send you transactional communications (for example, booking confirmations, schedule changes, payment receipts, and important account notices).

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate and analyze the Services, remember your preferences, support security, and (with your consent where required) measure marketing performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Services.

9. Marketing Communications and Do Not Track

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, but we honor opt-outs as described in this Privacy Policy.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Training and performance data may be retained for an athlete's full development arc to support long-term progress tracking, unless you request deletion. When information is no longer needed, we will delete or de-identify it.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, apps, or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before sharing information with them.

13. International Users

Blueprint Fastpitch is based in the United States, and the Services are intended primarily for users in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed and stored in the United States, which may have different data protection rules than your country.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top indicates when it was last revised. If we make material changes, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, by email or a notice on the Services). Your continued use of the Services after the updated Privacy Policy takes effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.
